Serendipitous Shortcut

We started our day with delicious crepes with butter and/or Nutella.  This was a made-from-scratch creation of Dr. Goza's. We learned a trick about adding a bit of lemon juice to maple syrup to give it a nice, different flavor.

Abe and I walked the 0.83 miles to the post office this morning (we finally checked it via GPS today) with a stop at the hardware store to get a Wii cable we needed.  On the way back to the condo we found a shortcut behind the post office which led us past an old school which is now called The Red Brick Building.  It houses a consortium of art organizations ranging from drawing/painting, acting, writing, and more.  It also serves as an exhibition center for local artists.  We'll be going back there, no doubt.

I know I stated the art building was the "Red Brick" building, but we did also pass the Yellow Brick Building.  We haven't figured out what goes on there but will check it out another day.

Sign of the day:  I like the concept quite a bit.  Funny that the sign derives from Canada.
