On the road to Aspen

Left the house this morning with the van.  It (the van) seemed empty and kind of lonely.  Took my time and am staying at a Comfort Suites just north of Denver.  This hotel is so nice I might stay and extra day.  Drove through quite a thunderstorm.  Here is what it looked like before it passed over my location.

I suppose I should stop taking photos while driving but that seems to be what I am doing a lot of the time lately.

I should arrive in Aspen tomorrow afternoon in time to check into the property we are renting for the next six weeks.  I'll get the stuff moved in then head to the airport to pick up Prema and Maya.  I sure hope they don't encounter a storm like the one that just blew through.  Surely the Denver airport was closed for a while.
